Educational Qualification – Candidate should be Graduate/ Post graduate in the respective subject with B.Ed degree from recognized university. The detailed educational Qualification is provided in the official notification made at the DSSSB website and candidates to refer from the same.
Application Fee – General Candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs 100, the amount is non refundable. However, women candidates, Scheduled caste (SC) category candidates, Scheduled Tribe (ST), Physically Handicapped (PH) and Ex Servicemen (ESM) category candidates are exempted from paying the application fee while applying for the posts under DSSSB. The fee for the posts can be paid via online mode of net banking/ credit card/ debit card mode.
Age Criteria – Candidates should not be less than 18 years to be eligible to apply for the posts and the candidate should not exceed the upper age limit of 30 years. However, upper age relaxation is provided to the reserved category candidates, such as Scheduled caste (SC) category candidates, Scheduled Tribe (ST), Physically Handicapped (PH) etc candidates. The age relaxation is as per the government criteria and can be referred to in the official notification made at the website.

As per news mentioned in Times of India, Indian Express etc they have mentioned that Delhi Government has decided to recruit 9623 candidates as a teacher posts. Through this cost of government about Rs.540 cr per year after its implementation. Recent update is that Delhi Government also bring EdCIL- Education Consultants India Limited to conduct the recruitment test/exam for teachers online.
